The move may be a short one, since we are relocating just across SW 72nd Avenue, but it represents an important new chapter for CFM.
A Space Designed for Where We Are Headed
CFM has grown and evolved significantly since our company was founded in 1981. As we celebrate our 45th anniversary, we need a space that can support our team and customers today while giving us room to grow in the years ahead.
Purchasing the new building allows us to take greater control of our future. We can adapt the facility as our business grows, create more flexible working environments and invest in a long-term home that reflects who CFM is today.
At the same time, moving just across the street allows us to remain in the convenient Tigard location our customers already know. The new showroom will continue to offer easy access from Highway 217 and Interstate 5.

Our new Tigard showroom and corporate office give us more room to showcase everything CFM offers, better serve our customers and bring our teams together. Most importantly, it gives us a home that reflects who CFM is today and where we’re headed next,” said Garrett Anderson, CFM’s director of marketing.
A Better Showroom Experience
The new Tigard showroom is larger, brighter and more open. It provides more room to showcase CFM’s flooring, tile, countertops, cabinetry and other resources while making it easier to compare products and plan projects.

- Private meeting spaces
- A more comfortable product selection experience
- Convenient access from Highway 217 and Interstate 5
The new facility also brings our teams together in a more efficient and flexible workspace. A larger warehouse and streamlined will-call area will make product pickup easier for our trade customers.
“Purchasing this building gives CFM greater control over our future while allowing us to remain in the Tigard location our customers already know. The new showroom is larger, brighter and more open, with private meeting spaces and a streamlined warehouse and will-call area designed to improve the experience for both customers and employees,” Anderson said.
Opening August 31
The new Tigard showroom will open on August 31, 2026. Our regular business hours will remain the same, making it easy for customers to continue working with the CFM team they know.

We will hold our official grand opening celebration on October 22, 2026.
