Return Policy
Please make sure your quantities and selections are accurate before placing your order. To keep prices low at Contract Furnishings Mart, all sales are final and we do not accept courtesy returns. If material is damaged or the incorrect material was shipped, we do replace the affected product.
We don’t accept courtesy returns because we special order material specifically for your project. Since we don’t inventory material and the products we sell are often bulky and heavy, the freight back to our supplier is often cost prohibitive to return the material.
IMPORTANT - Please Read
Installation constitutes acceptance. Once a product is installed it cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason. CFM is not responsible for product damage or defect or labor costs related to installation issues. Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of product. Thoroughly inspect all products at time of pick up for accuracy of quantity, size, color, dimensions prior to leaving the store.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order if the order has not yet been placed with our supplier. Please contact orders@cfmfloors.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
