Basalt
A dark and fine-grained igneous rock, is formed when liquid magma from volcanoes cools to form solid rock. The Basalt is offered in a honed finish which is highly desirable and very versatile for a variety of spaces and applications.
There can be noticeable variances between pieces, so it is important and recommended that a range of this product be viewed before finalizing a purchase. As a natural stone product, it is recommended that this be sealed to extend its longevity. Because this Basalt is very porous a sealer or grout release must be used before grouting.
