For installation, we have a trusted network of licensed, bonded, and insured professionals that we can refer based on your project’s needs. These installers are independent from CFM, but they have a long-standing history of partnership and reliability, ensuring successful flooring installations.

Product availability depends on the materials selected, as all products we sell are custom-ordered to meet your specific project needs. Our extensive vendor network enables us to accommodate various timelines. Many products are available for same-day local pickup, while others may take 1–2 weeks to arrive. If you’re working with a tight deadline, please inform your sales team member, and we’ll ensure your timeline is factored into the product selection process.

All products are shipped to one of our CFM store locations or made available for will-call at our vendor. This process allows us to verify order accuracy and consolidate materials from multiple manufacturers for a convenient, single pick-up. If needed, we can also coordinate product delivery for an additional fee. Our warehouses are open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, for material pick-up—no appointment necessary.

Our showrooms serve as your library of samples, many of which can be checked out. Please note that some products have limited sample availability for checkout. If needed, we can also order samples directly from our vendors for most products displayed in our showrooms. Samples can be requested in person at any of our showrooms, by phone, or via email at info@cfmfloors.com. Most samples are free of charge and typically arrive at our showroom within a few days.

If your trade professional doesn’t yet have an account, we’re happy to assist them in getting set up quickly.

At CFM, we rely on your contractor, installer, or trade professional to provide the material quantities needed for your project. As the experts handling the installation, they are best equipped to determine the exact amounts required for a successful and efficient installation.

We recommend ordering carefully, as our suppliers do not accept returns. If you need assistance determining the right quantities for your project, our team is happy to coordinate with your trade professional to ensure accurate material orders.

Orders can be canceled if they haven’t been shipped from our supplier, typically within 1–2 business days of placing the order. If you need to cancel, please contact your salesperson as soon as possible, and they will assist you in navigating the process.

Yes, CFM does offer financing. Please reach out to your CFM salesperson for details on the latest offers available.

When you're ready to purchase, you can be confident that the price is guaranteed, and you won’t miss out on a promotion. In fact, we’ve never held a sale or promotion. As a low-margin, high-volume company, we leverage competitive pricing from our suppliers and pass those savings directly to you.
